The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, including processing and tracking invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and performing debt collection activities. An essential aspect of the role includes reconciliation of accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining an accurate record of financial transactions. Effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payments is crucial.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Knowledge and experience in finance and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and effectively.
• Experience in debt collection and invoicing to ensure timely payment resolution and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
