• Thoroughly review property inspection reports, environmental reports, and other inspection documents to identify and assess potential property condition issues and risks.
• Analyze inspection reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Summarize and track findings, highlighting significant issues, code violations, and potential liabilities.
• Evaluate the impact of identified issues on property value, tenant occupancy, and overall loan performance.
• Communicate with portfolio managers, departments, and external parties regarding property condition issues.

• High School diploma or GED required with a minimum of 3 years related experience;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret written instructions, memos, and correspondence, write routine reports, and respond to inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, including ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
• Problem‑solving skills in standard situations and basic analytical skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sound judgment in adhering to procedures and company policies; errors may have short-term impact.
