We are seeking an experienced finance manager to join our team!
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and analysis of an organization. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights to drive business growth and profitability. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Houston, TX, for a Finance Manager (1 day remote)
Key Responsibilities- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor financial performance, revenue, costs, and profitability
- Manage cash flow planning and financial risk management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead and supervise finance and accounting teams
- Partner with business units to support financial decision‑making and strategy
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting
- Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
- Post payroll general ledger to ERP system
- Lead fixed asset and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
- Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Oracle ERP systems, and financial software
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA
- Experience in strategic planning and business partnering
