Finance Manager ? Manufacturing | Humble, TX

A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial strategy and oversee day‑to‑day finance operations for a new plant in Humble, Texas. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support long‑term growth.

• Lead financial strategy, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives
• Oversee daily financial operations including AP, AR, inventory control, and manufacturing cost analysis
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and forecasting
• Ensure accurate accounting records, compliance, and coordination with auditors
• Lead financing initiatives and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Oversee tax planning and filings and identify opportunities for tax optimization
• Pursue subsidies, loans, tax credits, and government incentives related to manufacturing projects
• Develop the finance team and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support operational growth

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Experience as a Finance Manager or Controller in a manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in financial planning, cost accounting, tax strategy, and capital management
• Experience with financing, fundraising, or investor relations is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing incentives and tax credit programs preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and tax regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred but not required
