We are partnering with a growing leader in the industrial services industry to identify a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. This role offers strong executive visibility and the opportunity to support strategic planning, operational finance, forecasting, and business performance initiatives across multiple business units.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with operations leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and wants broad exposure to operational and strategic finance.
Key Responsibilities- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Develop financial models related to revenue, margins, utilization, pricing, and operational performance
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, accounting, and leadership teams
- Support strategic initiatives including capital projects, process improvements, and business growth initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial services, or other operationally focused environments preferred
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of financial statements, operational KPIs, and margin analysis
- ERP and reporting system experience preferred
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
