Position Overview

Relationship Manager II - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, based in Houston, TX. Job Description
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
  • Work primarily with clients of moderate risk and complexity under moderate supervision.
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for existing and new clients, actively mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
  • Provide insights based on clients’ financial well‑being, focusing on client opportunities and increased engagement and loyalty.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry ties, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
  • Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and PNC’s internal credit policies.
