** Job Overview:**

Crestmont Private Wealth LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner and Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will involve supporting our financial advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans for clients while also representing the company brand in the community. Must be an excellent communicator, detail oriented, positive, and ability work independently. Must have high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

CFP Paraplanner related - 40-50% assisting advisors with client related work.

- Assist financial advisors in gathering client information and preparing financial plans

- Create detailed reports and presentations for client meetings

• Be familiar with CRM and Schwab Alliance to make client deposits.
• Become or be a Notary.

Serve as a brand ambassador by attending networking events, seminars, and community outreach activities.

• Build knowledge of EMoney, Schwab Alliance, and Orion Eclipse.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients in a particular segment TBD.

• - Stay current on industry trends and regulations to provide the best possible service to clients

Operations duties 50-60% of the role and will include trading, money movement, account opening, onboarding, and account maintenance across all systems and report in those duties to Chief Operating Officer.


** Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in financial planning or a related role (internship may apply or substitute) and strong candidates may apply for exception with minimum of 1 year experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Series 65 license preferred but not required until 120 days of employment

- Must adhere to Crestmont Private Wealth LLC's policies and procedures

Salary
