The BRG Transaction Advisory practice is recruiting experienced professionals to support a diverse range of transaction advisory assignments. The role involves articulating findings and recommendations on key financial and business issues to drive value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day activities of the Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams in buy and sell side diligence engagements.
  • Delegate, supervise and lead engagement work, ensuring balanced project ownership and consistent quality.
  • Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and provide deal structuring insights.
  • Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working‑capital trending, benchmark analysis, financial statement review, business‑plan assessment and cash‑flow analyses.
  • Develop reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with TA and BRG experts, external professionals, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
  • Contribute to practice growth through marketing, client pitches, product development and entrepreneurial activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including construction and interpretation of 3‑statement financial models, cash‑flow and scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong project‑management, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial research tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.).
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship required).
Salary

Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $185,000 per year.
