Title: Controller
Salary: $125K - $145K

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
- Strong, hands-on leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Manage Banner software and optimize financial systems for efficiency.
- Supervise and develop your team while maintaining compliance with GAAP and nonprofit standards.
- Participate in university committees and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Banner software experience and proficiency with GAAP financial statements.
- Management, and experience with KPIs
- Grants & nonprofit accounting preferred
