Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis

• Manage and optimize Banner financial systems

• Ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance

• Develop, mentor, and supervise the accounting team

• Participate in university committees and strategic initiatives

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience with Banner software

• Strong GAAP and financial statement expertise

• Proven accounting management experience

• Grants and nonprofit accounting background
