GEC is hiring an Associate to join its growing investment team. The Associate will work directly with senior investment professionals to originate, execute, and manage new investments.

Responsibilities:

- Contributing to development of new investment themes
- Active participation in new business development and transaction sourcing
- Initial review and screening of investment opportunities
- Financial analysis and modeling for prospective investments
- Due diligence coordination and execution
- Portfolio company monitoring and management support
- Participation in fund-level operational work streams

Requirements:

- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Understanding of energy technology, software, or industrial sectors preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
