• Strategy & Commercial Advisory – US market entry, commercial trading & hedging strategy, collaboration models, book structure & transfer pricing.
• Business Capability Development – trading capability assessment & benchmarking, operational and organization design, business process design, change program planning, IT readiness & training, operational excellence initiatives.
• Risk & Regulatory Advisory – risk strategy definition, policy design, capability assessment (market, credit, operational, climate), compliance assessment (KYC, AML, trade surveillance).
• Technology Advisory & Transformation – technology strategy & architecture design, operating model design, capability building, program QA & health checks, vendor selection & implementation.

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or an industry role focused on Commodity & Energy Trading.
• Strong client delivery and relationship‑building skills.
• Deep expertise in crude oil, refined products, natural gas liquids (NGLs), petrochemicals, and freight trading markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of the energy and petrochemicals value chains.
• Experience in capability assessments and target operating model development for trading organizations.
• Track record leading business and IT transformation programs, including change management.
• Advisory experience for market entry and trading readiness initiatives.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing advanced analytics platforms for trading.
• Client‑side advisory for modernizing trading systems with vendor platforms such as Open Link, Right Angle, and others.
