Position Summary:

** The Financial Analyst will partner with Site leadership to assist in data analysis and decision making in support of the financial health of Enovis’ Foot & Ankle Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of foundational experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or inventory control analyst in a manufacturing environment. As a member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in cross-functional teamwork.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and drive adjustments to standards.
* Function as a liaison between departments to provide insight and support process improvement associated with manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost reduction initiatives.
* Provide analytical support to individual cost center managers
* Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and costing and support cost related reporting and analysis.
* Support the standard costing process by measuring internal processes and capturing consumption; responsible for ad-hoc cost roll updates in Net Suite
* Own the analysis and reporting of inventory tracking
* Ensure cycle count programs are compliant with corporate standards.
* Assist in the planning and execution of physical inventory audits.
* Assist in supporting data requests from internal and external auditors.
* Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed.
** Minimum

Basic Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study
* 2-4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong Excel skills to include the ability to build detailed models and manipulate large amounts of data.
* Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Net Suite
