Our client, a growing and highly respected wealth management firm, is seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to join their team. This role is designed for a relationship-driven financial professional who enjoys working directly with clients, helping guide financial decisions, and delivering a high-touch wealth management experience.
The Associate Wealth Manager will work closely with senior advisors and leadership while serving as a key point of contact for existing clients. This individual will help drive client retention, support financial planning initiatives, participate in review meetings, and ensure clients receive exceptional ongoing service and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and ongoing support
- Participate in client meetings and assist in leading review conversations and planning discussions
- Help deliver comprehensive financial planning recommendations and wealth management strategies
- Coordinate and execute follow-up items related to planning, investments, account maintenance, and client service needs
- Support clients with retirement planning, cash flow planning, estate planning coordination, insurance reviews, and investment implementation
- Collaborate closely with advisors, operations, and planning teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation within CRM and planning systems
- Assist with onboarding new clients, account transfers, money movements, and service requests
- Stay informed on market trends, planning concepts, and industry developments
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional service
- 3+ years of experience within wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or an RIA environment
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment management, and advisory relationships
- Experience using planning and CRM systems such as eMoney, Money Guide Pro , Salesforce, Wealthbox, Tamarac, or similar platforms
- Experience working with Fidelity Investments or Charles Schwab custodial platforms is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
