I'm partnered with a top-notch in-house tax team in Houston who are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to orchestrate income tax compliance and tax provision activities in tandem with the wider group.

- Lead and review quarterly and annual tax accounting processes, including ASC-740 calculations, financial statement reporting, and required disclosures.
- Review the federal consolidated and state income tax compliance.
- Interpret and define income tax consequences of corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.
- Drive process efficiency and optimization around tax accounting policies and procedures.
- 7+ years of ASC‑740 and domestic income tax compliance.
- CPA (Active license preferred, will consider candidates in process of obtaining certification).
