Role: VP of Conventional Trust Operations

Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite 4x a week)
- 7+ years of experience within financial operations and Conventional Trust
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- Familiarity with market utilities and messaging (e.g., SWIFT, Fedwire, DTCC/NSCC, custodians, counter parties)
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
This role is responsible for managing client relationships and servicing client accounts across cash, securities, and commercial paper workflows. The position involves handling service requests, proactively resolving exceptions and inquiries, and ensuring timely escalation of issues. This role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day client operations by managing relationships, servicing accounts, and resolving inquiries across cash, securities, and commercial paper workflows. The position ensures timely investigation and resolution of exceptions, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to address complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
It also supports client onboarding, account setup, and settlement validation, while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and performance metrics. The role operates within established risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to procedures while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
