Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers broad exposure to executive leadership, operations, investors, lenders, and strategic decision-making. You'll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and business analysis while helping drive the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages and financial performance metrics
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with operations leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive business improvements
- Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives
- Support lender, investor, and compliance reporting requirements
- Prepare debt covenant calculations and related financial analyses
- Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
- Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools through advanced Excel modeling
- Assist with board presentations, investor materials, and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
