Senior Specialist, CLO Client Reporting

• Part of BNY’s Corporate Trust business (Structured Debt Platform); CLO Reporting Analyst Team delivers timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on Collateralized Loan Obligations for internal stakeholders and external investors.
• Partner through analytics, operations, client service, and other stakeholders.
• Supports BNY’s strategic pillars—Be More for Clients, Run Company Better, and Power Culture—by ensuring transparent communication, operational excellence, and a collaborative mindset.

• Own and run portfolio Compliance and waterfall models; prepare quality 1st draft to CSM.
• Communicate with clients to agree on tests results and inputs/parameters.
• Resolve basic modeling issues and collaborate on significant model changes with the analytics team.
• Engage Position Services to resolve exceptional data issues.
• Act as liaison between Position Servicing and CSM for smooth communication.
• Incorporate Client/Auditor feedback on test results.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5–7 years of total work experience.
• Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
• Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed‑income reporting preferred.
• Prior experience in analytical roles such as financial modeling, valuation models, data analytics.
• Proficiency in VBA/SQL valuable.
• No direct reports; may provide guidance to junior analysts.
