This is a full-time, hybrid (or remote) role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in the Greater Houston area. The Mortgage Loan Officer will provide personalized mortgage solutions to clients, including recommending loan products, gathering required documentation, and ensuring successful loan processing and closing. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners to grow and manage a robust pipeline, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications- Experience as a Loan Officer and expertise in the mortgage industry
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending practices and Underwriting guidelines
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities, including clear communication and client relationship-building skills
- Active NMLS license in Texas
- Ability to work collaboratively with realtors and title company representatives
- Self-motivated, results-driven mentality with excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Highly competitive commission splits
