Accounting Analyst III

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing organization in the energy and infrastructure industry, is seeking an Accounting Analyst III to join a highly collaborative team supporting financial planning, business analysis, operational reporting, and strategic decision-making.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers impacting performance
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support leadership decision‑making
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development
• Prepare management reporting packages and executive‑level presentations
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams on strategic initiatives
• Support software implementations, process improvements, and reporting enhancements
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Energy Finance
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across multiple departments
