We are seeking an Investment Banking Sr. Analyst / Associate who is intellectually curious, technically strong, and excited to play a meaningful role in shaping our growing franchise. The role is embedded within the Energy & Energy Transition sector coverage team, supporting execution across M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory, and leveraged finance transactions. This position offers immediate responsibility, exposure to senior clients, and the opportunity to lead key work streams while mentoring junior talent.

• Take a leadership role in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and financial analyses.
• Manage and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Oversee Analysts’ work, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate across internal teams and client counter parties.
• Actively participate in client meetings and contribute to deal discussions.
• Conduct in‑depth industry and company research to support origination and client strategy.
• Engage directly with senior bankers and clients on live transactions and business development opportunities.
• Support the development of junior team members and contribute to team culture and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM, or a related field – Required.
• MBA or other advanced degree – Preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience within the energy or infrastructure sector, including investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or related fields; technical roles within energy are also considered – Required.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and investment banking products, with energy experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.
• High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in mentoring junior professionals.

• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 79) or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
