Job Description

Responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. Lead the Client Management Process and partner across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience, including access to the full array of Private Bank capabilities and services. Ensure client retention and comply with SAFE Act registration requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Client Process Management Process to identify new business development opportunities
  • Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite
  • Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy
  • Advocate for clients and prospects as a trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management
  • Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR equivalent
  • Experience driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
  • Present a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform
  • High touch, client‑focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Leader who recognizes opportunities for client engagement and acts upon them
  • Ability to influence, proactively ask for and close business
  • Solutions oriented; sales and financial aptitude required
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Ability to work with and identify need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members
  • Leadership role within the team and business community
  • Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may gain licenses after start; unlicensed may be considered if willing to obtain within 90 days)
Desired Skills
  • MBA or Post‑Graduate Degree preferred
