Overview
Aero Alliance is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to support a global joint venture between GE and Baker Hughes. The role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, reporting, income statement analysis, and close processes across the organization. The analyst will serve as a key finance partner to product, program, and cross‑functional leaders and will coordinate base cost management, cost allocation, ISA/TSA agreements, Digital Technology investments, and Capex collaboration.
Responsibilities- Drive financial planning, reporting, and income statement analysis.
- Oversee base cost management and cost allocation processes from planning through reporting.
- Coordinate ISA/TSA agreements and manage Digital Technology investments.
- Collaborate with the Capex Leader to oversee special tooling processes, including investment tracking, reporting, and amortization.
- Support the Director of FP&A in coordinating key planning cycles, including financial pacing, target setting, and planning templates.
- Prepare financial materials for strategic reviews, Board of Directors meetings, closing calls, and leadership presentations.
- Enhance the efficiency and consistency of month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
- Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or a comparable finance leadership program.
- Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes.
- Strong expertise with ERP and financial systems, including HFM and Oracle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated project leadership and process management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and disciplined.
Pay range: $83,600 – $139,200 per annum. Geographic differential and bonus eligibility are not provided in the role description.
