Job Overview
Partnering with the Houston office of a nationwide consulting firm, we are looking for Senior Consultants in accounting and finance to work with Fortune 1000 organizations on high-impact, strategic initiatives such as IPO readiness, M&A transactions, carve-outs, and complex financial reporting projects.
ResponsibilitiesProvide expert accounting and finance advisory services for large corporate clients, focusing on strategic initiatives and complex financial reporting.
Qualifications- 2+ years in public accounting (Senior level preferred)
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
- Strong GAAP technical foundation
- Experience at a Big 4 or large regional firm is attractive
- Candidates with a combination of audit and industry experience will also be considered
