The successful candidate will partner closely with business leadership, operations, project delivery, engineering, procurement, and corporate finance teams to drive financial performance, improve visibility, support investment decisions, and build scalable financial infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A capabilities, excellent financial modeling skills, operational finance experience, and a solid accounting foundation. They must be comfortable moving between strategic analysis and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue growth, profitability, capital requirements, and project performance.
  • Establish financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
  • Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast and identify key drivers of variance.
  • Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Support business planning for new markets, manufacturing facilities, and project opportunities.

  • Monitor project profitability, margins, cash flow, and working capital performance.
  • Partner with project delivery teams to track project budgets, cost forecasts, and commercial risks.
