Job Description
The Loan Coordination Specialist III supports relationship managers and clients in the closing of commercial loans, ensuring all lending steps flow effectively and efficiently. The role is completed with limited review and guidance from a Loan Coordination Specialist IV or supervisor, covering a broader range of customers and a higher level of complexity.
How You'll Spend Your Time- You will order, obtain, and analyze all pertinent applicant/borrower and property or collateral documentation and verifications related to the processing of loan transactions.
- You will review credit approvals to determine loan terms, and verify equity, financial elements, and borrow structure, with oversight from a supervisor.
- You will review and approve counsel-prepared or internally-prepared loan documents to ensure credit approval terms and bank policies are accurately incorporated.
- You will analyze, review, and structure commercial loan documentation and due diligence to ensure completeness and accuracy, and communicate with lenders, relationship specialists, credit services, and attorneys to resolve discrepancies.
- You will schedule and facilitate loan closings, coordinating with customers, relationship managers, appraisers, attorneys, title company personnel, and other vendors to close various types of commercial loans in a timely manner, with review from a supervisor when necessary.
- You will manage and initiate loan funding wires and initial disbursements of new closing proceeds while ensuring loan requirements are properly documented and conditions are met before funding, with limited review from a supervisor.

- Deposit, loan, and investment systems for report generation and information gathering
- Commercial credit analysis
- Loan documentation and lien perfection requirements
- Litigation processes under county, state, and federal systems
- Thorough knowledge of BOKF commercial loan processes and workflows
- Solid Excel and Word experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to identify complex problems and solutions
- Ability to plan and execute work assignments effectively
