Responsibilities
- Project Finance Administration:
Lead the preparation and management of monthly borrowing packages for the multiple credit facilities at the RGLNG complex, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. - Compliance & Governance:
Manage all internal and external debt covenants, compliance monitoring, and reporting requirements; lead KYC and regulatory compliance matters. - Liquidity & Cash Operations:
Oversee daily cash optimization, payment workflows, and wire operations to support the capital-intensive needs of the RGLNG complex and Next Decade. - Risk Mitigation:
Execute and manage settlements related to interest rate hedges. - Operational Support:
Provide end-to-end support for letters of credit and other instruments required for project operations. - Department Growth:
Actively assist in building the treasury function, including the implementation of new processes and the mentorship of team members.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related area.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred but not required.
- 10+ years in a treasury, finance, or accounting function.
- Experience at an LNG, pipeline, infrastructure, or petrochemical project/company highly desired.
- Experience managing credit facilities for development companies in infrastructure projects highly desired.
- Technical Proficiency:
Advanced ability to manage multiple credit facilities simultaneously. - Tools:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and financial analysis. - Leadership:
Proven ability to build a treasury function and establish scalable financial processes. - Strategic Communication:
Capable of leading discussions with stakeholders across multiple disciplines. - Analytical Rigor:
Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate a complex project finance structure. - Professional designations such as CTP, CMA, CFA, or CPA are highly desirable.
- Limited travel expected.
This position operates in a professional office environment with occasional work within or outside of a complex construction environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers/fax, filing cabinets, etc. This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the incumbent must be able to stand and/or sit continuously to perform all essential job functions for a full shift.

- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as required in order to lift files, boxes and office equipment as necessary.
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, stand on a stool, or climb as necessary to perform these functions.
- While performing the duties of this role, the incumbent may be required to talk or hear.
- The incumbent is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to move throughout all areas of each office/site location and facilities.
- Able to wear all necessary PPE equipment to perform job functions.
