Addison Group has partnered with a privately held HAVC organization here in the Houston area looking for a Controller. This role oversees comprehensive financial, payroll, administrative, insurance, and operational support functions for the organization. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliant payroll processing, timely insurance and tax submissions.
Responsibilities- Perform month-end and year-end close.
- Review fixed assets and print loan documents for owners’ signatures.
- Conduct WIP analysis and review with leadership.
- Internal financials, WIP, and AR aging to banking, insurance, and bonding partners.
- Close Job Cost Week and post related entries.
- Banking, loans & compliance
- Audit & external coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- 5-10 plus years of experience in Accounting
