Senior Investment Banking Associate – Depositories Team

We are currently looking for a senior Investment Banking Associate to join our Depositories team within the Financial Services group in our Houston, TX office.

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
• Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on sell-side M&A
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modeling
• Excellent business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation, which will be part of the total compensation.
