Job Summary

At PwC, our finance consulting specialists provide services related to financial management and strategy. The role involves assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. The manager will also guide financial system implementation, process automation, and shared services.

• Provide guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop unique strengths.
• Engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating when appropriate.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management or consulting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA). For international hires, an equivalent accounting certification is required.

• Leadership in complex accounting and financial reporting.
• Advising multinational companies on technical accounting topics.
• Knowledge of ARS technologies and processes.
• Critical thinking to solve unstructured problems.
• Experience with automation, digitization, and large data sets.
• Ability to maintain positive energy in challenging situations.
• Innovative use of technology in client work.

Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal and family sick leave.

Travel requirements may be up to 40%.
