Position: Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - Houston Area

Overview

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSAI) you will obtain Securities Industry essential licenses (SIE, Series7, Series
66) and learn the foundational skills to build and manage client relationships, guide clients with advice and solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 and Series
    66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire.
  • Provide end‑to‑end financial advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies that help clients reach their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
  • Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with federal background checks.
Requirements
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and peer‑relationship skills.
  • Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interest.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • One year of financial services industry or sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Spanish speaking skills.
