Job Overview
Aon is looking for a Surety Analyst to provide technical advice, support, and bond management in a hybrid role (onsite 3 days per week). Candidates may have no prior surety experience; training will be provided. The position facilitates bond issuance, compliance, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide surety technical advice/support to non‑surety personnel.
- Coordinate receipt of underwriting information.
- Confirm bonds are issued in compliance with surety lines of credit.
- Negotiate approvals for execution of bonds beyond lines of credit.
- Prepare Consent of Surety Final Payment documents, prequalification letters, riders, and other client‑required documents.
- Prepare General Indemnity Agreements/Bond Applications.
- Run expiration lists and update records.
- Maintain accurate electronic bond files and financial documents.
- Invoice and maintain account receivables/payables.
- Update client information following renewal completion.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions effectively.
- Experience or education in Construction Management, Insurance, or Surety.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Maintain Notary Public designation and appropriate Producer license.

The salary range for this U.S. position is $60,000 – $95,000 annually, adjusted for education, experience, location, and internal equity.
