A&M is a premier independent global professional services firm specializing in turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. The valuation team serves private equity, hedge funds, business development companies, banks and other financial services companies.

The Director will assist in the valuation of equity compensation, complex capital structures, earnouts, convertible debt, and various other complex assets and liabilities. This role provides an opportunity to lead a highly skilled, entrepreneurial team of Associates and Senior Associates, determining appropriate valuation methodologies and overseeing project execution from end to end.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end project management of valuation engagements, financial analysis on valuation of complex securities and financial instruments, development of narrative reports on methodologies and findings, team leadership and training of Senior Associates and Associates, and client relationship management.

A&M's valuation team has grown steadily year over year and has become one of the leading practices in the industry, handling financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction opinions, alternative investments, structured finance, and litigation support.
