Aravian Financial is seeking an unlicensed, bilingual Loan Officer Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to support our team in serving Spanish‑speaking borrowers across Houston and Texas. No NMLS license required. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the mortgage industry with room to grow.

• Assist with document collection and file organization for Spanish and English‑speaking borrowers
• Communicate with borrowers in Spanish and English to gather required documents
• Coordinate between borrowers, loan officers, and processors
• Translate documents and correspondence as needed
• Maintain organized files and follow up on open items
• Provide general administrative support to the origination team

• No NMLS license required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Interest in pursuing NMLS license
• Prior experience in mortgage, real estate, or banking

Hourly or salary based on experience. Full‑time or part‑time considered.
