Accounts Receivable Analyst - Contract
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: $45-55/hour
Position Type: Contract Assignment

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)- Manage AR account reconciliations and partner with Collections to prioritize high‑risk accounts
- Perform root cause analysis on billing and payment discrepancies; drive resolution
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Tax, and Pricing teams
- Support DSO analysis, credit utilization reporting, and working capital metrics
- Document processes and recommend order‑to‑cash improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
Master's preferred - 4+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay processes
- SAP Credit & Collections module experience strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
