Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise processing and coding of vendor invoice payments to guarantee financial integrity.
• Take charge of monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Oversee month-end closing, preparing and processing journal entries for seamless financial reporting.
• Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, providing insights to various business units.
• Create and refine budgets and forecasts, and analyze trends in revenue, costs, and financial commitments to anticipate future cash flows and expenditures.
• Perform in-depth reconciliations and analyses of key accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including accrual and expense reconciliations, volume/rate analysis, and provide insightful commentary.
• Assist with investment-related accounting, including cash projections, trade activity reconciliation, interest/dividends, and performance analysis against budget.
• Tackle ad hoc projects and create custom reports as requested, showcasing your flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Produce, edit, and maintain various reports and correspondence, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and actionable.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields
