Our client, Desroches Partners, provides a complete range of tax, assurance, and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on estate and business succession planning, income tax reduction strategies, and complex multi‑entity structures for high‑net‑worth individuals and privately held businesses.

They have immediate openings at the Senior, Supervisor, and Manager levels within their growing tax practice.

Desroches Partners offers a work environment that stands out in public accounting. Peak season hours typically run 50‑55 hours per week, with a hard cap and no Saturday requirements. Off‑season averages 40‑45 hours. The firm operates on a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days on‑site, with built‑in flexibility.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Potential sign‑on bonuses are available, along with a discretionary semi‑annual bonus program.

You will work across a variety of engagements including corporate tax, high‑net‑worth individual returns, multi‑entity structures, and business succession planning across federal and multi‑state jurisdictions.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, a minimum of 2 years of public accounting tax experience, and an active CPA or active progress toward certification. Candidates with supervisory or management experience are encouraged to apply, as roles exist at multiple levels based on your background.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams are essential.
