Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our finance function and help drive the financial health of our organization. This role goes beyond managing numbers—it is about providing meaningful insights, building strong financial processes, and partnering with leadership to support informed business decisions.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate external audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
• Support business growth initiatives through financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or senior accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
