Job DescriptionAs a Senior Trust Officer, you will administer personal trust, custody, estate, investment agency and IRA accounts. You will provide administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary standards consistent with BOKF policy.
How You'll Spend Your Time- Administer accounts in compliance with governing instruments, state laws, and BOKF policies and procedures.
- Manage a portfolio of complex client relationships to ensure high-quality service and drive profitable growth.
- Proactively communicate with clients about account activity, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance teamwork and build strong external client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to resolve client and administrative issues efficiently.
- Monitor compliance and stay current on laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to your responsibilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and maintain professional development through ongoing education and industry engagement.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field of study and 6-8 years of directly related experience in Personal Trust and/or 8-10 years of experience in Personal Trust or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in managing medium- to large-sized client accounts.
- Knowledge of interpretation and application of trust document provisions, probate law, taxes, investments.
- Excellent analytical ability, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
