Senior Treasury Manager

Salary: $170,000 - $180,000
Summary:
The Senior Treasury Manager will lead the preparation and management of monthly borrowing packages for the multiple credit facilities, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. Manage all internal and external debt covenants, compliance monitoring, and reporting requirements; lead KYC and regulatory compliance matters.
Duties:- Oversee daily cash optimization, payment workflows, and wire operations to support the capital-intensive needs.
- Execute and manage settlements related to interest rate hedges.
- Provide end-to-end support for letters of credit and other instruments required for project operations.
- Actively assist in building the treasury function, including the implementation of new processes and the mentorship of team members.
- 10+ years in a treasury, finance, or accounting function
- Experience at an LNG, pipeline, infrastructure, or petrochemical project/company highly desired
- Experience managing credit facilities for development companies in infrastructure projects highly desired
- Advanced ability to manage multiple credit facilities simultaneously.
- Strong Excel
- PowerPoint skills for reporting and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to build a treasury function and establish scalable financial processes.
- Capable of leading discussions with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate a complex project finance structure.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related area
- Master's degree or MBA preferred but not required
- Professional designations such as CTP, CMA, CFA, or CPA are highly desirable.
