Cornerstone Home Lending is seeking an Underwriting Loan Standards Administrator to join our team. This individual will be part of a team that ensures our internal seller guide known as “Loan Standards” is accurate, consistent and clearly communicated. They will also provide a smooth experience for Production by being consistent with guidance, using familiar formatting and ensuring seamless functionality.

• Ensure guidance managed within “Loan Standards” is accurate and clearly communicated.
• Provide a smooth experience for Production by being consistent with guidance provided, ensuring familiar formatting and seamless functionality.
• Perform vital maintenance tasks designed to meet the primary goals of the Loan Standards team.
• Publish all impactful changes to Loan Standards guidance twice a month, known as the “30 Days changes publish.”
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Previous underwriting experience a plus.
• Five or more years of experience in residential mortgage originations with proficient knowledge of agency guidelines (Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA).
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to work in varied systems.
• High attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent multi‑tasking skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Critical thinking ability, diplomacy and professionalism.
