Role Overview

Our National Billing Center has an immediate opportunity for a qualified Senior Revenue Analyst. The role is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures for investigating and evaluating new and existing customer creditworthiness, extending or revoking credit lines/limits, and collecting on overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with sales or other divisions in the resolution of billing disputes impacting receivables collection.
  • Carry out collection activities within established global guidelines.
  • Account reconciliation.
  • Maintain required levels of customer contacts.
  • Effectively manage customer conference calls.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Monitor and contact past‑due accounts to arrange payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Pricing and other internal departments to resolve customer disputes over invoicing related to contractual agreements.
  • Determine course of action to recover outstanding payment of problematic accounts.
  • Maintain balance between trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.
  • Provide thorough and accurate documentation of customer accounts.
  • Utilize judgement to analyze a customer’s ability to pay.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate-level professional contributor.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 2-5 years’ experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related field.
  • Professional certification required in some areas.
