Deal Advisory Manager

Due to sustained growth and success of our Deal Advisory practice, we are looking for a Manager to join our National Deal Advisory team. The role supports M&A activities for Private Equity clients and strategic corporations across the US and internationally, including buy‑side due diligence, sell‑side due diligence, working capital assistance, merger integration and optimization, divestitures and carve‑outs.

• Work closely with Partners and Directors to manage activities of buy‑side and sell‑side financial and tax due diligence engagements across a wide array of industries.
• Perform quality of earnings, quality of assets and working capital analyses by interviewing management and synthesizing data to identify historical and future financial and operational trends that provide insights in the deal negotiation process.
• Develop relationships with client senior‑leadership teams and target company executives.
• Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report.
• Supervise junior staff and provide performance review feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance or a related business discipline.
• Active CPA license or in‑progress required.
• 5+ years of professional services experience, with 2+ years of demonstrated financial due diligence experience.
• Strong accounting, data analysis/mining and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
• Strong project management skills, ability to run multiple engagements at once.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
