As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Houston, TX.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in retail banking or related field.
• Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communications.
• Skills in client loyalty, proactive sales, customer experience (CX), and leveraging technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, understand customer needs, and solve problems.
• Experience in prospecting, selling, and understanding risk management.
• Preferred:
  Experience with matrix management and retail lending.

No degree required if compensated by equivalent experience and certifications.

No specific certifications or licenses required for this position.
