Treasury Analyst

We have partnered with a publicly traded company that is looking for a Treasury Analyst. This is a high-visibility seat; you’ll be presenting directly to the CEO and CFO, working in an active M&A environment, and building out the treasury function’s reporting and automation capabilities.

• Daily cash management and account balancing across banking portals
• Building and managing a 13‑week cash flow forecast as the team transitions from a monthly cadence
• Daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reporting, cash positioning, variance analysis, C‑suite presentations
• Bank account administration including openings, closures, and signatory changes
• Initiating and approving wire transfers and ACH payments per company policy
• Managing the Bank of America Cash Pro portal
• Building and maintaining treasury reporting dashboards; identifying AI and automation opportunities using tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
• Supporting audit requests and month‑end close activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields
• 5 to 10 years of treasury experience
• Experience with cash flow forecast, cash positioning, wires/ACH, bank recs, and forecasting
• Publicly traded company experience required
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where priorities shift and hand‑holding isn’t part of the culture
• Strong professional communication skills with demonstrated comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) applied to treasury or finance workflows is a real differentiator here
• Bank of America Cash Pro experience a strong plus
