As an M&A Investment Banking Experienced Analyst you ’llwork in a team setting to help provide clients with objective advice onM&A and corporate financing alternatives through highly focused industry teams withworld-class, global execution capabilities.

You’llbe working in asmalland collaborative team environment with investment banking professionals on a variety of projects across a range of Industrialssubsectors including Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Construction and Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

As an M&A Investment Banking Experienced Analyst you  will be a vital member of the team supporting and executingM&Aandcorporate finance engagements.

You’llbe focused on analyzing financial data andidentifyingkey trends behind the performance of a business, preparing financial models and cash flow scenarios, conducting research, and driving analyses,marketingpresentations,and information memoranda.

You will also help develop team members ensuring their career development.

Skills and attributes for success

• Advise companiesregardingstrategic and corporate finance alternativesanddrive the execution ofM&Atransactions.
• Prepare pitch books,descriptiveinformationmemoranda and related materials for M&A and capital raising mandates.
• Perform extensive financial analysis, valuationanalysisand pro forma financial modeling.
• Identify key issues and potential areas of valuation and transaction risk within engagements.
• Perform In-depthmarket-sectorand company-specific research.
• Support business development initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in investment banking or similar M&A execution experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel to develop financial models, knowledge of pivot tablesand using excel for in-depth modeling.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
• Efficient use of research databases,and technical ability toanalyzedata.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop andmaintainrelationships at all levels of the organization.
• You must eitherresidein or beata commutable distance toyouroffice location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and workin excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may berequiredbeyond your work location based on client and project needs.

• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing) is a plus.
• A proven record of excellence in investment bankingwith a focusonM&Atransactions
• Experience in or interest in the Industrials sector
• Knowledge of how toleveragefirm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
