Investment Banking Associate - Energy; Oil & Gas

Job Overview

Senior investment banking professional responsible for providing client relationship management and investment banking services, including strategic advisory for corporate and private equity clients. This includes buyside and sellside M&A, debt and equity capital raising across various industry sectors.

• Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Independently manage tasks assigned by senior staff, such as drafting documents, marketing materials, and executing transactions while working with clients, attorneys, investors, and other professionals.
• Coach and mentor analysts or interns.

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, markets, industry sectors, and financial products.
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for building or reviewing in‑depth financial models.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Advanced written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Solid analytical and sales skills.

• MBA degree with a Finance focus.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching.
• Annual base salary $200,000.
