Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 per year
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and operational financing.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, control systems, and processes to support the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with financial service providers, including banks and investment advisors.
- Prepare and present financial reports and risk assessments to the board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop strategies to maximize ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management on the development and execution of funding strategies.
- Evaluate and manage capital structure, investment strategies, and banking relationships.
- Monitor financial markets and economic trends and their effects on the company's investment portfolio.
- Oversee the company's investment portfolio, ensuring the best returns on investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the construction industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of FP&A, cash flow, financial risk management, and investment portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and engage a high‑performing team.
- Proven negotiation skills with experience in managing relationships with financial service providers.
- Strong knowledge of financial statistics and analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non‑financial managers.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
