We are partnering with a well‑established, global organization seeking a Regional Commercial Finance Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to senior operational leadership. This is a high‑impact role focused on driving financial performance, supporting decision‑making, and leading planning and forecasting initiatives across a key business region.
This position offers strong visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence both operational execution and long‑term strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead the development and consolidation of forecasts, annual plans, and long‑range financial strategies
- Analyze operating performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to improve results
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business analysis
- Evaluate financial results versus budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities
- Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis, including ROI and cost‑benefit evaluations
- Drive process improvements and help streamline financial reporting and planning workflows
- Present key financial insights and updates to leadership, including participation in regional leadership meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience
- Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders in a commercial or operational finance capacity
- Deep understanding of P&L management, working capital, and capital investment analysis
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives within finance or operations
