Overview
The Houston office is seeking a mid to senior level associate (class of 2021–2019) to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. Strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience leading project finance and/or acquisitions and dispositions. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
Responsibilities include participating in complex financing and M&A transactions within the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group, with emphasis on leading project finance initiatives or acquisitions and dispositions. Candidates should demonstrate strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience and the ability to contribute to high quality client work.
Qualifications include a high level of academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work.
